Menopause Global Alliance

Menoglobal is the first international organization dedicated to changing the course of menopause for all women.

Our mission

To redefine how menopause is understood, supported, and lived by millions of women, their families and communities around the world.

Our vision

Every woman has the knowledge, support, and care she needs to thrive—into and long after her menopause.

MenoGlobal

Ensuring menopause care is as universal as the experience itself.

Menoglobal is a global catalyst that connects evidence, institutional power, and grassroots action to build the systems menopause has never had.

What’s being missed

Right now, 1.1 million women worldwide are going through menopause. That’s 30% of all women. Many are confused and ashamed, uninformed or misinformed. Most are unsupported and without adequate options for care. All are at increased risk for Alzheimers, stroke, osteoporosis, heart disease, ovarian and breast cancer, and profound depression. We’re here to help change that. Globally.

Why global matters

In high-income countries, awareness is growing and support is more readily available. But in most countries, silence and stigma remain deeply ingrained. In low and middle-income countries, there is virtually no conversation about Menopause.

By 2030, an estimated 76% of menopausal women will reside in low- and middle-income countries, where healthcare systems often struggle with limited resources and insufficient awareness.

Partners

We partner across sectors so women - and their families, workplaces, and communities - receive the support they need through every phase of menopause.
