Every woman experiences menopause, yet stigma keeps it hidden. We are transforming that silence into awareness. Join us.
Every woman experiences menopause, yet stigma keeps it hidden. Project Meno+ is the first coordinated movement uniting experts, advocates and organizations worldwide to transform silence into awareness, and stigma into open conversations. With information and support, women have a more positive menopause experience, and millions can live fuller, healthier lives. Together, we can make that happen.
We are calling on universities, NGOs, healthcare providers, policymakers, companies, and advocates to work with us to drive awareness, share resources and insights, and connect voices through a global community of partners.
Menopause begins for most women in their 40s and can shape nearly every aspect of her life for a decade or more. Too often, she enters isolated and unprepared, her experience misunderstood and her needs dismissed. And as she lives longer than generations before her, this information gap puts her health and quality of life at risk.
The silence isn’t just harming her—it’s weakening families, workplaces, and economies.
We can change this. With knowledge comes power—to advocate and rewrite the story of menopause.
Our Unique Position
Menopause is experienced differently across the world—shaped by culture, socioeconomic status, healthcare, and even the environment. Awareness can only scale if it adapts to these realities and is built on trust and understanding. That is why we are working through organizations with deep community roots and equipping them with the tools and connections to accelerate learning.
Project Meno+ Goals
Normalize menopause as part of everyday conversation
Build understanding across generations and cultures
Engage communities to reduce stigma and strengthen support
Fill knowledge gaps with cross-cultural data and lived stories
Elevate menopause on workplace and policy agendas
We enable any organization —university, hospital, NGO, company, or community group—to take action on menopause awareness.
As part of the world’s first global menopause community of practice, you’ll exchange tools and insights, access expert support, and make your local outreach part of a coordinated movement.
From grassroots organizations in India and Africa, to universities in Mexico, researchers in Australia and Japan, hospitals in Canada and Croatia, NGOs in Europe, and policymakers in Washington and Brussels, Project Meno+ spans the globe.
Our partners engage through three interconnected paths to impact:
Resource Hub & Community of Practice
Gain access to a growing network and library of adaptable tools, event guides, training materials, and locally developed solutions. Through regular calls, workshops, and peer exchanges, you’ll learn from others, share your expertise, develop partnerships and co-create practical approaches grounded in real experiences.
Community Education & Research
Use our custom Meno+ Educational Perceptions Survey to inform your communities while capturing cultural insights from men and women of all ages. Collect stories that give voice to lived experiences and show the true scale of the issue. Share our anonymized global data to strengthen your outreach, support research, and power joint advocacy.
Amplification & Joint Advocacy
Run local events and campaigns with our support, and we’ll amplify these efforts globally under the Project Meno+ banner, showcasing your work, connecting it to a broader narrative, and bringing collective voices to influence national and global decision-makers.
With Project Meno+, every story, insight, and voice adds to a movement making menopause visible, understood, and supported worldwide. Add yours today.
