Ana Carolina is an experienced business development manager and capacity-building specialist with a Master’s in International and Public Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Social Communications.
With extensive experience working in non-profit organizations and providing communication strategies for small businesses in Latin America, Carolina has built a strong foundation in fostering partnerships and community engagement. Her career has taken her across multiple countries, expanding her expertise in education, business development, procurement, communications, community outreach, and entrepreneurship. These diverse experiences have helped her develop a versatile skill set, preparing her for a career of adaptability, continuous learning, and impactful change.
Carolina has a proven track record of implementing the ECHO Model in health and education to close the knowledge gap in underserved communities. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she excels at creating inclusive environments and engaging diverse stakeholders to drive program success.
A skilled leader, Carolina builds cross-functional teams, facilitates Communities of Practice (CoP), and specializes in project-based learning. Technologically proficient in Salesforce, Canvas, and Google Workspace, she uses data-driven insights to guide decisions. Passionate about reducing the education gap, Carolina is committed to creating lasting change, including supporting the Menopause Global Alliance to increase care and break stigma for women.
