Dr. Eleanor Nwadinobi is a medical doctor and an expert in women, peace, security, gender equality, and human rights. She holds a master’s degree in Human Rights and is the first Nigerian to serve as International President of the Medical Women’s International Association (MWIA) in its more than 100-year history.
She sits on the boards of several national and international organizations, including Every Woman Treaty, a global coalition advocating for a binding international instrument to end all forms of violence against women and girls, and serves as Co-Chair of the Immunization Agenda (IA) 2030 Partnership Council.
Dr. Nwadinobi has authored numerous publications and has been widely recognized with awards for her leadership and contributions to women’s rights and global health.
