Nancy has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) across the US, Mexico, and Latin America. Beginning as a programmer and healthcare project leader developing electronic health records and hospital information systems, she has built expertise spanning computer science, business process analysis, project management, smart infrastructures, and ICT law and regulation.
Her work combines healthcare, technology, and management to design inclusive digital health strategies that go beyond technical and financial barriers, addressing business, economic, social, and policy factors. With a strong commitment to equity, she advocates for digital health ecosystems that do not overlook rural and indigenous communities, where access to healthcare and innovation is often limited.
